Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use it for remote support for our clients. We have resold it to some of our clients to use as a remote solution for their staff working from home.
  • The instant SOS remote support is very easy for our techs to use
  • Unattended support is very good
  • Easy to switch to the web console from the desktop app if needed
  • File transfers drop frequently during remote sessions.
  • We have looked very good to our clients recommending Splashtop for their staff to use working from home.
  • Our techs use this to support our clients remotely and is very solid software. We have used Go To Assist for a number of years and we are happy with Splashtop performance.

Very well-suited for our needs and for our clients who have purchased licenses on our recommendation.
Very easy to set up groups for computers. Setting up the streamers is easy for each group. Convenient to be able to install the business app without needing to login into the Splashtop website
