Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop is being used by all of the staff to connect from their home computers into their office computers. It has been very helpful during the pandemic to minimize personal interactions and to still get work done.

- Very easy to install and to get up and running
- Very cost efficient

- Lag time in transferring files
- Very positive impact on our productivity
- Greatly reduced commuting
- Low cost both for the product and for implementation
- Minimal training in its use
We have had no problems in the security area using Splashtop. Our files are transmitted back and forth easily

Very quick to get onboard. The support staff responded very quickly to our initial issues (of which there were few)
