Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

This was used to manage desktops, and while it has an easier rollout of management approach than team viewer the user interface on the streamer is fairly dated. I would have liked a silent update service to be available, as user interaction with these sheets of things can be challenging.

Pros

  • Rollout packages.
  • Easy to use.
  • Works on Windows & Mac.

Cons

  • UI on the Streamer.
  • Better support for Windows password less accounts.
  • Negligible.
Not really interacted with their support team.
No support for U2F or hardware keys which is disappointing.
Easy to set up but the distribution of the deployment package was less trivial.

SME and a small MSP supporting a large number of SME clients. This would not work well in an enterprise deployment, there’s no real graduated access. It’s all our nothing.
