it is utilized for remote access to a desktop while out and about on the road, and also by the company President for accounting and ordering purposes

Customer service is superb hats off to the custoer service team

Splashtop exceeds my expectations for security and I even had a family member look at it and attempt to hack in and he does this for a living {preventing hackers} and he could not and he loved the program as well

From time of download to utilizing it's remote features took apporx 5 minutes inculding the download time

Splashtop was purchased to replace its competitor who continually locked my account for allegedly accessing a business network and was very difficult to get the account unlocked. Customer service is superb and super friendly. It is well suited for the person or company that wishes to provide an option for their employees to work from home on a regular basis or weather-related emergency closure. The SOS feature is awesome to have for the IT person that needs to be able to remotely access a system for diagnostics.
