Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Our company utilized Splashtop remote access to quickly address any technical issues across our retail locations in California, as well as for rapid deployment of endpoint security and critical updates. By using Splashtop for our IT and Operational needs, we have been able to manage all locations from anywhere and avoided the costs of on-call technicians and/or hiring of on-site specialists. In essence, Splashtop saves time, manpower, and money every single day we've used it.
- Allows for rapid deployment of a remote support solution without the need for advanced IT config (VPNs, Tunneling, etc.)
- Allows our support team to not only address issues but also collaborate with the end-user using pen/laser tools to help them learn and reduce incidence rates.
- Splashtop provides a robust suite of remote capabilities that beats cost every time when compared against its competitors.
- It would be helpful to have a form of virtual monitor emulation, so a technician could view a remote device at a higher resolution.
- Passthrough of USB devices to a technician would be huge, the ability to connect to something like a printer to print a page or use a remote accessory without accessing it from the remote computer itself (basically the current functionality, just in reverse)
- The ability to rapidly deploy an application using a 'wizard' - I believe if newer Splashtop users had the ability to select an installer and deploy without using a command line, this would allow novice users to utilize advanced features.

Splashtop has been absolutely stellar in providing secure remote access to our multiple locations. We were easily able to prove PCI compliance on our networks when running remote access software due to Splashtop's robust level of security.
