Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use this software for remote access to office files and computer troubleshooting, updates, and planned maintenance. Splashtop is used by the company principal and the IT manager to solve issues that may arise during the workday or after hours and weekends. Splashtop is easy to use, and secure for sensitive data.

I rated this question a 10 because I have not had to contact support! This remote system is that good!
Yes - TeamViewer was replaced due to excessive cost and time wasted on employee training on how to use the features it included.

Low-cost remote access, either solo or multi-user. Ease of setting up the account and deployment of the software across multiple OS platforms. I cannot think of any instance of contacting technical support about this product! It is easier to use than most VPNs and the competitor that has out-priced themselves, with 1/2 the features that Splashtop has incorporated into the software.
