Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I can access/update our computers and also our software. I can access all computers. I also work from home at times and access my PC to work directly through it. I can print reports to my printers at the host and also at the remote computer.

- The printing takes the extra step, where other softwares have allowed me to print directly to my "home" printers rather than go through the extra step of choosing "Splashtop Printer".
- It times out a little too quickly. (Maybe that is a setting I can change.)
- I have been able to work from home as needed which saves a trip (130 miles round trip) into the office.
- Our business software cannot be updated during working hours because we are Retail and invoices are created as jobs are finished. Also, the business software is used for quoting throughout the day. Splashtop allows me to connect from home after hours, and perform all necessary updates to our business software and for Windows updates.
- The price is reasonable for the ability to connect to multiple computers as needed.
Splashtop is secure and there are options to utilize as much security as you feel you need for your business.
I was able to create an account and install the software and begin working with ease. I am not a professionally trained IT person, yet it was easy to understand and set up.
