Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I use Splashtop remote access for accessing different computers around different offices of our company. In addition, I have used this software for server access. It helps to solve the most important business problem - mobility. I can relatively easily access work computers/servers from all around the world. Very good (and affordable) replacement for TeamViewer, especially for small companies.

  • Better access from HD to 4K monitors (but not sure how to solve this issue)
  • Installation to a new computers is easy, but would like to be even more easier
  • easy transfer from "global" to "EU" version
  • Now I can easily go to vacation and still help people in the office
I had a couple of multilingual issues and got answers pretty quickly. They were not critical. I got special test builds within a few days and after I have confirmed the fix, it was incorporated into the main build within few weeks. I had no other issues. I put 9 instead of 10 because when I asked, they didn't have an easy transfer from "Global" to "EU" version. I really do not want to reinstall everything to each computer.
Very fast access, Two-factor authentication works correctly.
Within 5-15 minutes. It took more time to configure two-factor authentication and install it on each computer.
Yes - I was using TeamViewer I also tried to use Cloudberry, Remote Desktop, and other similar software.
