Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop's remote access gives me the flexibility to work on our small business accounting from home. It makes it so I can work around my family time so I don't have to spend hours away from home to accomplish the same tasks.
- File transfer option is terrific
- Always fast connection to the remote computer
- Full screen option makes me sometimes I am working remote. Flawless.
- When the computer I'm accessing is restarted, then Splashtop needs to be manually opened again before I can gain remote access again. With automatic windows updates, we never know when this happens and they are left with the inability to remote in until the following day when someone restarts the program.
- Splashtop remote access has saved me 100's hours of driving to the office to complete a quick task.
To be honest, I have not looked into the security features as much as I should. We are a small business with less than 5 employees so this access point has only been for the owner's convenience.
Signed up with Splashtop and then was up and running within minutes on one side. The only thing that slowed me down was having to download everything to the remote computer in person but alas that is the nature of why I wanted the remote program for the future.
