Splashtop essential for flexibility, reliability and security

Although we are a small company we work in a virtual environment. I personally have an office in NH yet spend significant time at my second home in SC. Another employee moved to AZ but with Splashtop, she has continued her position. Another employee has the option to come into the office or work from home. It provides significant flexibility. We need to also ensure reliability because we can receive a client request at any time and need to act on them immediately. Most importantly it has to be secure so that we know our data is safe. Splashtop provides the tools we need to be flexible in our business which gives us an edge.

We are in the Financial Services industry so security and encryption are paramount. Our outside IT consultant was very satisfied with the security features of this product. Our broker-dealer was also satisfied. It clearly meets our needs and provides confidence that we enjoy every day.

We were using another product and hit a wall because our old product would not provide the added functionality we needed to allow one of our employees who moved across the country, due to family reasons, to retain her position. Security and restrictions on file access and print functions were needed that our old product could not support. We reached out to our IT consulting company and they recommended Splashtop and we did run with both products for 30 days. But the installation and use of this product were easier than our old product so it did not take long to feel comfortable with Splashtop.
