Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Used by Finance department (2 individuals) to access work computer from home. We just have one desktop computer on which our finance system sits, when working from home due to the pandemic we needed a way to access it, unlike other employees who were using laptops they could take home with them.
- Reliable. I don't think I've had a single issue with the software
- Straightforward. Once set up, it requires 2 clicks to connect
- It does the job I want it to do. I'm happy with it as it is
- Without it, I could not have done my job during lockdown without purchasing a completely new finance system solution.
I can't really judge, sorry. Have not had any security issues
It was very straightforward. Hard to remember now but as I recall I just followed the instructions, downloaded the relevant software onto the machines, and created the account with no issues.
