I love the features. When we have clients who want us to remote in without a code we set that up and it helps. Works flawlessly. It is really great for us. I recommend it to everyone I know. Keep up the good work Thank you for all you do
Very quickly. It just works. At first it was difficult to go through all the security settings in Mac, but this came more easily over time
Yes - LogMeIn Rescue products. They were much more expensive than necessary and didn't make sense to our business. Also it was clunky
