Help clients to support them with their camera settings (computer software) and provide remote solutions for any issues. See what they are doing, guide them to the correct steps and processes, explain the results and make suggestions. Train clients while problem solving, so they learn how to solve similar problems in the future.

Very satisfied so far. No issues and the clients can follow along. Hope that you will stay on top of the game since it is always hard to switch providers once customers have become used to a solution. No stability issues on our end with the solution. As stable as the connection overall, which can be a challenge in Canada.
I think it took less than a day when we have received the necessary information, to get the clients connected. But again, we are a smaller company and not using it to the full extent and capacity. On the client's side it is easy, so that makes the whole process even better.
Yes - Team Viewer. Because of their price structure and us being a smaller company with a smaller client base.
