Splashtop SOS is used to support field technician from the office. It allows specialists in the office to support field technicians with specific tasks. It lets us take control of the remote PC and do tests or programming instead of actually going in the field or troubleshooting over the phone.

We have technician all over the province of Quebec. We cannot deploy a technician plus a programmer in the field for every situation. This simplifies the task. The field technician is able to do his job with support from the head office when needed. It is also easy to install on a customer's PC and support them also, or have them provide a local connection point without going on site.
