Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

Sprout Social is a social media management and optimization platform for brands and agencies of all sizes. The platform gives you a single hub for social media publishing, analytics and engagement across all of your social profiles. Sprout Social takes the guesswork out of scheduling social. The ability to schedule weeks at a time and have them available to clients for review and approval is a godsend! Sprout Social is a tool that saves me a TON of time. Also, their customer service is EXTREMELY responsive, which is always nice.

Pros

  • Schedule Instagram posts AND stories.
  • Monitor engagement.
  • Collaborate with your team and clients.

Cons

  • You cannot post giphs.
  • You cannot post multiple photos on Instagram automatically, it must be done manually.
  • Sometimes posts will fail to upload and there is no explanation why.
  • Increased follower numbers

  • Saved time on scheduling content
I found HeyOrca difficult to use and much more glitchy. We were constantly having issues with posts failing to upload, and sometimes you would schedule an entire week of content only for it to disappear once saved. For that reason we switched to Sprout Social and it is overall a more powerful and reliable platform. Plus, their customer service is extremely responsive which I appreciate.

Sprout Social is extremely user-friendly. The publishing feature is easy to use, and provides previews of what your content will look like once posted. I also love the calendar view where you can view all posts you have scheduled for the month. The collaborative nature of the platform makes working directly in Sprout Social with clients a breeze, and we are seeing our content get approved much faster.
Sprout Social's customer support is extremely responsive. They're also always looking for suggestions on how they can make the product better and will actually take your ideas to their team to see if they're worth implementing. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved by them in a timely manner.
If you are looking for a platform to schedule, monitor, and report on your social strategy Sprout Social is the perfect tool. It's extremely collaborative and user-friendly. Set up a run through of the platform for your team with a Sprout Social rep. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will teach you everything you need to know. They're also always looking for suggestions on how they can make the product better and will actually take your ideas to their team to see if they're worth implementing.
