Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social as a social media scheduling and releasing tool as well as for an analytics tool. We have about five accounts connected through Sprout. It makes our lives more accessible as a team because we can coordinate, collaborate, and chat on our Sprout website. The most crucial piece for me as the Manager is to pull critical social media data and analytics. This information is essential to use in our advocacy and impact statements to justify the importance of our jobs and resources spent in the social media space. And the importance of social media in our strategic marketing plans.

Yes, it has helped us measure our social media efforts using the analytics tool and measuring specific campaigns. It allows us to see and compare which campaigns work better than others.
We don't integrate with others.
Sprout is the best social media listening and management tool I have ever used. It's efficient, user-friendly, and intuitive. It provides real-time analytics that allows you to make crucial decisions.
It is much more affordable. The analytics are much more robust. The scheduling function, AI capabilities, and listening are better. The website's interface is easy to use.
