We use Sprout Social to schedule and organize content in advance. We also use it to reply to direct messages. The workflow feature is especially important because I supervise students who reply and I can review their reply for professionalism and accuracy because they reply on Sprout Social through workflow. We also use the calendar feature a lot to write note on what we want to post
Pros

Cons
- With posting instagram stories, I will I could use the button feature in instagram through Sprout Social
- I don't think its "tone" identifier is that accurate when abbreviations are used - ex. lol, tbh, wtf wtc.
- Saves us time with social media
- Allows approval flow from supervisors very fast and efficient
- Helps us keep track of multiple content project at once clearly
Yes, Sprout Social helps keep us very organized. I don't think we utilize all the features to its biggest extent, but due to our org size and team member quantity, it has everything we need. I have nothing else I can think of that I would change about the organization. The use interface tabs and sections are also very clear to navigate and I find that when I am training someone on Sprout Social they are intuitive and easy to learn.
We were between Sprout Social and Hootsuite and I wasn't in the room when the final decision was made.
