Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
I'm a marketing coordinator in a team of five. Together we manage two home building brands. Sprout Social is a great tool for us to collect all social posts in one spot. This includes for my organisation Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. One thing that was a dealbreaker for us when choosing a social media tool was to have an 'approval' function. This means that us coordinators write all the copy and pick images and someone else, often our manager, double checks for spelling mistakes and then approves.

Cons
- Reporting interface can be a little overwhelming
- Grid preview is only on app
- Steady increase of follower. Not sure if this was Sprout Social only or a natural increase. The easy of planning consistent posting definitely helped.
- Data from the reports guided our decisions for next months posting.
As we have mostly used this for organic social posting, we haven't been able to measure any ROI.
The reason we decided to go with Sprout Social was mainly the 'approval' function. The second reason was the reporting tool (analytics), where we found a lot of great insights and health status of our organic socials.
