SurveyMonkey is used throughout our Marketing department to conduct customer feedback surveys on how we are doing, different polls we conduct, etc. It allows us a unified way of collecting the data we submit via survey and exporting the responses so that we can reach out and follow up to those who participated.

SurveyMonkey does a much better job when it comes to survey templates and polling. It's quicker and easier to create surveys and they look professional.
