Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We are using Talkdesk at a regional level, for THE EMEA market. It has solved several business issues such as call productivity. By working with Talkdesk, we increased our number of calls by 20% which has had a great impact on our conversion rate and of course on our final revenue. Agents are more productive and efficient.

This tool is much more efficient compared to all the other tools we used to have to manage our call.
Talkdesk suite particularly for outbound campaign. Indeed, we are a company with a high level of calls per agent ( around 160 per agent per day) and Talkdesk suits perfectly to manage such an important amount of calls. The callbar helps a lot to do so. Also, receiving inbound calls is easy and is easy to dispatch between agent.
