Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talk Desk is being used to take calls and to extract the data and call recordings. It is also used to listen to the call that [was] taken by the sales managers and to make outbound calls to the cust.

It has been the best software that I've come across in recent times as it is very easy to use and it also gives accurate data while extracting the reports.
Recently I needed to extract data for my agents [and] some random date. Talkdesk gave me the option to select the date and time for which I needed the report and made it easy for my filter my work.
