Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
I use Talkdesk on a daily basis to contact my clients. The only problem that occurs is that sometimes it cancels the calls during the conversation but overall I am satisfied with the application.
I am not giving it 10 points here cause I am not familiar with all of its functions. The application works fine for me.
I enjoy Talkdesk however competitors’ applications provide the option to have multiple calls on different lines which is missing here
