The Tealium Customer Data Hub helps provide better experiences for our members by unifying our data and communication. From analytics to digital marketing, the unified data and Tealium's flexibility allow us to be agile in how we distribute data in a privacy-centric way.

You have to pay for premium support, and while their support is much better than most SaaS companies, I feel getting answers and feedback quicker is expected.
We were using Tealium since the beginning and the integrations between TiQ and TCDH was seamless. We were able to get up and running quickly and start activating audiences to improve our marketing and personalization.

It is best suited for companies that need to leverage and activate real-time data. Large-scale integrations with other systems to CDP may be challenging, but output from Tealium CDP is done well. Tealium also does a good job showing how activation occurs with Trace. The server side has fewer features than TiQ, such as extensions and the ability to massage and alter data.
