We use TeamViewer as a temporary solution to remoting into workstations. When my sales staff is sick, we set up an instance of TeamViewer on their work and home laptop/desktop. They can remote into their machines, check their email, and access all our internal resources. Our trainers also use the tool to remote into various computers throughout our office. Personally, I use the tool to provide one-on-one assistance when I am training a person on new software or I am troubleshooting issues with computers. TeamViewer is inexpensive and easy to set up.

- You can view multiple monitors at the same time or independently.
- If you want to test it out, you can use the free version and see if it fits your needs.
- Version differences between machines require that you update to the most current version or have version parity.
- I don't have to invest a lot of money to get robust features.
- My employees find the tool simple and easy to use.
