Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It's being used for sharing the screen and helping the new system users with navigation etc. It was really useful for individuals working remotely.

Pros

  • Easy access of remote systems
  • Time saver
  • Most effective communication
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • A pop-up should be there for new users after downloading.
  • It should have a feature for recording.
  • It will save a lot of time.
  • Travel expenses can be reduced.
Teamviewer is easily available and has a trial version.
For a group of more than two people, it is suitable but not for less than two.
