I've had questions while working remotely which one of my collaborators does not immediately resolve, but with this application I can find the solution more directly, since I can access the computer remotely and resolve the situation from wherever.
- Helps solve issues I encounter while working remotely
- I would like to see a wider menu of options to avoid the loss of options; right now it is visual only.
- Can't think of others. I like how the actions and management facilitate me.
- My results have improved in transferring human resources for operations that could not be attended by another operator.
- My spending objectives for this are fully controlled and my results do not exceed the estimate.
Actually there are many other applications that are considered as competition, but because of the long experience I have had with TeamViewer, even the others have not exceeded what it offers me. Others might have new considerations that with this I have mastered properly, and it has adapted to my corporate management. With this tool I have worked in an appropriate and organized manner, and it is the best business solution.
