Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
It is being used by our technicians to support their clients on site. It addresses the problem of being in more than one place at once. We are also able to support clients out of our geographical reach. We would like to implement it more to support our residential clients.

TeamViewer is the gold standard.
It is relatively easy for the end user to install the application on their PC if they have not already. Pricing is fair however we would like to see more perpetual licensing model come back not year to year, we would use it more organizational wide then.
