Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used in the organization for accessing our remote computers and providing access to IT department to the computers of our employees. This was really helpful specially when Covid began, as IT was able to continue providing support, with out any issues. As being in a big building, most of the time the issues can be resolved in a remote wait.

- License pricing could be consider high.
- It's not a waste of money, but an investment.
We really considered LogMeIn, as we have used some old versions in the past and it was good. But we consider that TeamViewer had a better opportunity for helping us. It has a lot of work, so we prefer it at the end compare to LogMeIn.

It's of great help, as we can use TeamViewer for accessing our computers from any device, it can be phone, tablet or even another computer, accessibility is what dominates here, being a great help for us. Company has been seen great advantages for this. It has benefit a lot, especially in times of covid.
Actually no, we have not taken advantages of this. It's one of the future projects to continue using TeamViewer as it's a need for us. Having this potential, paying for it and not using it, isn't good for us. We will start working in this in the next months.
