Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We used TeamViewer to connect with multiple teams across organisations as it made people from different teams to access ones device remotely. During Covid it was really helpful as most of the team members were working from home. The remote desktop sharing is hassle free and does not get hanged in between thereby giving a very smooth impression while performing different tasks.

Cons

  • Compatibility Issues on some Older version Desktops
  • Cost can be a bit low
  • The Occasional Connection Issues can be improved
  • Saves Time as issue can be solved on click of button
  • Doesn't require different teams to be in same office
  • Reduces Downtime

We always use Two factor authentication to avoid any Data breaching issues. The Two factor authentication protects our data from any unauthorized access which ensures a secure digital environment at the workplace.
The user friendly User Interface allows a new team member to use it without any training. The kind of Security Team Viewer provides is really helpful to maintain confidentiality and protect critical information while the user is on remote desktop sharing mode.
The software installation from the IT team is also made hassle free by TeamViewer.
