I use TeamViewer to provide remote assistance to employees or clients.
This can be helpful for troubleshooting technical issues, installing
software, or configuring settings without the need for physical
presence. I also use it for Remote Desktop Access to my own computer. On fewer occasions, I had also used TeamViewer software for File Transfer purposes.

TeamViewer in my experience had better performance on slow links, as AnyDesk showed latency and difficulties for remote assist depending on the internet connection. TeamViewer has been easier for non-technical users in our uses.
