Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer as a way to connect to another user's computer to take control if they are not able to perform the requests that we make or if they would just prefer for us as a team to perform the needed steps to get the user back up and running.
- Easy to connect with
- Easy to get added to users machine
- Easy to remove when a user leaves the company
- You have to have the same software on both machines to provide support
- Some techs use iPads to provide support and you can’t help a PC user from a mobile device
- We stopped using TeamViewer

Yes
Implementation would have been very simple and very easy had we decided to use TeamViewer. Sadly I was not the decision maker on the project and we went with a different product.
We use SSO and two factor authentication as well as HIPAA SOC2. So it would have worked well.
