Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to provide remote support to clients. It provides an easy way for the clients to provide us access to their environment to troubleshoot issues and work with them on finding solutions. It is significantly easier than asking them to setup Remote Desktop and go through all the private and public ip address hassles to be able to connect.

TeamViewer is a one click solution that doesn’t require the client to be a networking tech savvy to set it up. With TeamViewer, no need to worry about private and public IPs nor firewalls and reverse proxies as the connection can be established through the TeamViewer servers thus no networking configuration is required unlike the other solutions.

We work with clients in the medical field and being HIPAA compliant is a must. It provides assurances to our clients that we are taking every measure to ensure that their data and devices are protected. The two factors authentication also is an important factor in verifying the identities of our agents to again provide our clients with the assurances they need .
TeamViewer is the best solution for remote access as it provides an easy way for nontechnical users to give access to support personal to help them troubleshoot issues while they view the actions made by the support personnel. It doesn’t require complex networking setup and provides a secure way for Remote Desktop access. It’s also available on all operating systems.
