Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used by our Technical Support Team to assist our customers with remotely configuring our hardware. Sometimes our customers have issues with their networks and our devices on their networks so we need to connect remotely to resolve these situations. TeamViewer allows us to connect remotely and diagnose issues quickly.

Immediately. We were able to assist customers faster than we had in the past.
Chime seems more like a text chatting platform than a remote session platform. Microsoft Teams seems better streamlined, but it feels very memory heavy and I've seen it lag. Webex seems slightly better, but is very clunky and has a less than stellar User experience. It seems cheap at times.
