Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Team viewer is used to remotely assist customers with computer repair and maintenance issues. The product is outstanding in quality, with great ease of use and excellent security features.

Cons
- Ability to change device accessing remote computers - difficult to find confirmation of devices assigned (max of 3 is ok) , because I use more than three devices to remotely access customers; I am disappointed that there is a limit to how many changes per year can be made, and the ambiguity of this restriction (i.e., what is the count for device changes already made).
