Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer for client meetings to show the clients how to use and assist them. The problem that TeamViewer has solved is it lets you connect for free and also allows screen-sharing this is very easy for clients who are not very technical we can also set up meeting which is awesome.

- the black screen feature is a major disadvantage which gives the user access to black the screen of the remote-connected devices hiding background processes.

TeamViewer is in power with Microsoft Teams except the voice suppression on Teams is way better than TeamViewer from the point for band with to Teams works better a bit on Teams than in TeamViewer. TeamViewer needs a bit of more work to be done in these areas otherwise, they are both similar

I would give TeamViewer an 8.5 as I am really satisfied with the system we use for clients who do not have Teams or need support on their websites also it needs a bit of work to be done to get sound suppression so that the background noise does not get picked up.
We have used two-factor authentication which helps us secure our stuff so that it cannot be accessed without the double authentication.
