Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Our IT and CAD support groups utilize TeamViewer to provide technical assistance and support to our end users in our hybrid work environment. TeamViewer allows us to connect remotely to their computers, laptops and tablets to see what they see first hand and more efficiently troubleshoot and fix any issues.

Almost immediately, once it was deployed we saw significant savings in time for both Technicians and End Users.
TeamViewer was preferred by the technicians and myself for ease of deployment, cost and minimal resources used.

At this point we have not implemented any of the security features so I cannot comment.
