Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is a great software for remote access. It helps IT diagnose and debug issues easily without having physical access to a work station. The file transfer feature also helps to transfer files quickly. All of this while also having a call feature to communicate with the end user really bring it all together. It can also be used as a tool for collaboration.

Cons
- Tends to get slow sometimes
- If both machines have a different screen resolution then the image gets distorted
- Reduces incident resolution times by atleast 30%
- Saves on travel cost due to remote access to workstation and servers

I was not involved in the implementation of TeamViewer directly. I received the package for installation on my workstation.
The security features are very helpful to make sure that only the right people get access to the workstation. The two factor authentication and access card features are particularly helpful.
