In my organization, TeamViewer is very useful as we are working remotely, so when we are facing any problems or issues while working on our laptop, we can directly contact the IT team and provide the ID and password so that they can access our laptop to help us resolve the issues we are facing. It is also useful for new software installations, which can be handled by the IT staff because we cannot install them directly without an admin ID and password. Employees who are working remotely can use this software, which saves time while working.

- There is adequate security on the connection to prevent access by anyone.
- It allows us to quickly change the password and generate it randomly without any delay.
- I will suggest adding a feature that can generate passwords randomly within a timeframe that is set by the user so that it is more secure.

So far, I've used the software described above, but I prefer TeamViewer because it easily solves our problem and has a user-friendly interface. Because of the various features that TeamViewer offers, it outperforms other programs on the market for accessing remote devices. The cost that TeamViewer charges our organization is less compared to other tools and also provides more security.

The security that is offered by TeamViewer is much needed due to the increase in scams that are happening. Keeping in mind the increase in scams, our organization is using single sign-on to secure access to laptops that are given to every employee present in the organization so that no one can access them without signing in using an email and password provided by the organization.
