Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

From what we can see the tool is easy to implement which is great for a software application.
We use TeamViewer to get quick access to workstations and servers that we access remotely.
The tool is quick to load and allows us to gain full access to the workstations as well as allowing us to manage many different servers with the application installed.
The tools security for logging in also is a plus.

Pros

  • Quick Screen refresh with slow network connections
  • Light app to install on workstations
  • Easy to use tool

Cons

  • Additional features to view applications installed on a workstation
  • Saving travel time when accessing servers.
The tool had a pretty quick payback.
TeamViewer works similar to the Splashtop application.
We do find that performance for both tools is pretty closely matched.

Yes

We have only used the two factor authentication.
Team Viewer has been around for a long time and has over time become one of the go to tools for remote control of workstations and servers.
The application can be used by any organization of any size which is great for a tool with this many features. Great Job Team Viewer!
