Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Some of the business problems that we face everyday is that we need constant technical support, and it can be difficult since we work remotely. TeamViewer has helped us to solve those issues efficiently, we don't waste time and resources to move to another location or support office physically anymore.

It might take around 4 months, when the team gets used to it and starts implementing it appropiately in their different areas such as support, user research, customer service or collaboration
At the beginning, we tried those options, since they are cheaper or even for free, and although they were easy to learn and to implement, they didn't offer the features that we were expecting to have, specially in the security and trust terms, that's why we started to use TeamViewer instead with great results, better than expected!

Mmmm, I wasn't aware of those features, we usually only use the two factor authenticator, that help us to avoid possible hacker attacks, the only thing is that, if the user doesn't have his phone handy or other way to identify himself, it can be almost impossible to log in.
