Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to login into clients computers to view their desktop to troubleshoot and issues they are having. We handle and technical issues they have with the company’s software. We can take control and really just troubleshoot everything on the technical side which can be very helpful when the customer is not that technical.

I prefer TeamViewer over any of them because of fast or faster response it is compared to Zoom, WebEx, and AnyDesk. Sometimes it can be frustrating if TeamViewer fails to connect and I have to use others. I feel like because TeamViewer mainly does screen sharing that’s why it’s better.

We have not taken advantage of the single sign on feature. I don’t know how that impact it because I have downloaded the app and I don’t ever have to log in as it always keeps me logged into my account. If it did require me to log out and log back in then that would be helpful.
