Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

This was more than a simple install. We are a small business and implentation took less than 10 minutes. Additionally, within minutes we were able to navigate the interface and know exactly what we needed to make the product perform optimally for us and our existing clientelle. Super easy for our team.
We use TeamViewer to mostly to connect with our small to medium business clients, but also the occasional enterprise client. The interface for us is excellent, but what makes it really great is the ease of downloading a single use version with our clients. Often they don't exactly have the skills needed to facilitate a remote login on their computer. We have never run into an error with the version we are using and it blows the client away when we remote in and help them on their computer. The most common use for us is to help load drivers on our clients' computers or to allow us to remote into another device that resides on their network. Without TeamViewer there would be no access without driving (often hundreds of miles).

  • We now have a significantly higher amount of time available in the office to work on pressing issues.
We've tried a few other Remote login services. We've found that TeamViewer is the easiest for us to use as a team, but maybe more importantly, its easier for our customers to install in for an on demand meeting. Additionally, we've found that it's easier for us as a team to manage our open cases through TeamViewer's interface as opposed to other solutions.

This is not applicable to us. We have not needed to use these features. Though, as our customer base is increasingly aware of compliance issues, we will continue to evaluate our necessity for it. We've always tried to keep security in mind in everything we do in our business so we look forward to exploring these features as we need.
In our environment, TeamViewer is an excellent option for us to send a link to a small client to allow us to remote in to their computer. It's so easy to do and its easy from our end to. I'm not sure of an example where we wouldn't use it for remote services.
