Implementation Rating

It was easy and basically effortless on my part. Once past the initial setup and getting the users setup and ready to go. That's it. I have had my account for 6 years and it has been flawless. We use it many times per day on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to support remote users with technical issues, troubleshooting, and to upload and install software. It uploads software very quickly compared to other options I have used previously. It's very easy to use for both myself and whomever I may be working with. I would highly recommend it over other tools.

Cons

I would like to see the passwords go back to all numbers. Many letters sound alike and are difficult to determine sometimes. This is my only complaint.

Microsoft Teams, VLC Governance, Risk and and Compliance (GRC)

TeamViewer is much more efficient and dependable than the others. I have not experienced any issues with the application itself. The ability to send invitations versus relying on the person on the other end also speeds things along. All in all, it is impossible not to rate this all-in-one application a 10.

For example, having to remove and reinstall a large application such as Office remotely. I have had other tools take 30 minutes or more to upload it, with TeamViewer it is cut in half or even more which raises my ability to work more efficiently and less time waiting. It never lets me down; I have tried other options and experienced difficulties and performance issues.
