Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We are a software company specialized in BSA / AML Compliance and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) applications for the financial sector and banking industry.

We use TeamViewer to access our customers devices remotely to provide support and also to access our devices internally to collaborate.

Pros

  • Remotely access customers computers for support and training
  • File transfers
  • Internal devices administration

Cons

  • Clipboard sharing when more than one device connected .
  • Remote accces
  • Fie transfers
Immediately, we depend on remote access to service our clients and to administer the company's remote sites.
Decision was made based on features, product price and external recommendations.

You can find the Clipboard settings on TeamViewer at the bottom left corner of the interface. Then, look for Settings, Remote Control, Session settings, and Common setting—Clipboard synchronisation. You can move the toggle to turn the setting on or off during the remote-control session.
