Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Before Covid, we hardly connect each other remotely but due to work from home boundation, we started using TeamViewer and now it has become an essential part of our life. We make full use of TeamViewer for sharing files, screens, video calls and even sometimes for chatting. Using it, we communicate with clients also for sharing files or having meetings remotely. We connect with clients for business development and so flourishing our business by saving time and efforts by sitting in one place and dealing business. Hence, almost negligible investment and huge benefits.

- Connection is often cut off sometimes
- not better compatibility with Mac and Linux
- Little expensive and not so good customer service
- Reduced travel expenses and faster problem resolution
