Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

For implementing we need proper planning, setup, security and consideration. first of all the choose the right licensing model as suited to your work. Setup and configure this properly. Provide necessary permissions, Train employees and staff for this. Monitor the performance. provide more trainings to staff so they can utilize this properly.
I have been using this product in my organization for over 5 years. We mainly use it for screen sharing. Nowadays, many software allow screen sharing and give access to others for working, but earlier, "TeamViewer" was the only option.
TeamViewer usually comes with major software like Accounting, Mechanical (used for CNC), and Graphic software. Whenever we face any issues with these, we use TeamViewer to connect with the support team. Most support teams prefer TeamViewer because of its unique features—it is easy to use and quickly connects with other computers. Support teams mostly use this software to fix system issues. It is one of the best software available.

Pros

  • TeamViewer do Remote troubleshoot and IT support efficiently
  • Its provide cross platform compatibility like mac user access windows.`
  • File transfer between systems
  • Screen Sharing
  • Remote access to cnc and vmc machines

Cons

  • TeamViewer is not worked well in slow network. We need to provide more setting to low bandwidth systems so they can use efficiently.
  • Mobile application is not upto the mark. I think company need to work on mobile application.
  • Expensive license like similar application AnyDesk price is lower, Integration issue with other applications its only with big businesses.
  • File transfer is complex and Bit slow in today's time
  • Its saves time. Support staff doesn't need to go to each system to check and resolve the issue. In this way no more person needed. This way cost reduced and saves time.
  • This works well for business with multiple locations that way Its saves time and smooth business process. TeamViewer support system is good and it resolve problem.
  • Negative point includes high licensing cost, weak internet issue, Secuirty and compliance issue
I am using above listed software's. TeamViewer is best for IT Teams for remote troubleshooting. It has advance features like file transfer, session recording and multidevice support. It is secured and trusted platform as using this from so many years. It provides cross platform support like mac users can help the windows users. this way it is useful to use.

TeamViewer’s security features have significantly improved our IT security, compliance, and risk management. we have used security features like single sign-on, two factor authentication, etc. We get training about HIPAA compliance SOC 2 certification and as well as trained all the staff for these. it provides a secure remote access solution for businesses handling sensitive data. We continuously review and update security settings to stay ahead of potential threats.

1. TeamViewer is well suited for IT remote troubleshooting in organization. IT staff easily help other members via remote access. 2. For software training you can use TeamViewer where you can provide training via screen sharing. 3. We can help non technical person via TeamViewer.
Less appropriate - In low bandwidth are TeamViewer doesn't work well.
Now a days TeamViewer to work like Google Meet, zoom, teams. where you can easily screen sharing while conference call. It need to come with speed, accuracy, simple dashboard.
