We generally use TeamViewer for the remote support when any user will face any issue then we can use the same for support and its very reliable and easy to use and good speed on remote is a benefit and also, we can transfer the data from remote to client machine or vice versa and only one suggestion TeamViewer need to work on the pricing model.
