Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We used TeamViewer to allow remote access to computers. It was provided by our IT professionals. If I had to work from home unexpectedly, I could remote into my desktop computer from home with my laptop.

There was an immediate economic benefit for us as we were able to conduct business while working from home.
We haven't used many other products. We currently use Quick Assist through Microsoft Windows for diagnostic purposes. We're now also using RMM service through our IT provider because they offer no-cost or low-cost solutions. This allows remote access while working from home.
