Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Quite satisfied for the time I have been working and using it and delivers what it is expected of it to do. Be it screen sharing or remote control or any additional features which it delivers. It lacks a bit of features compared to competition available in the market but is a viable option when an organization begins to work as a client based service provider both for internal as well as external work.
So TeamViewer has been really instrumental when in real car scenarios where the information security team needs to access the developers systems to install work related softwares or rectifying security related issues that arise.
Other than that it enables online meetings between teammates enabling collaboration leading to company's and employees overall growth.

Anydesk can be used for lightweight work whereas TeamViewer can handle more intense sort of work loads.
Anydesk has a bit less enterprise capabilities compared to TeamViewer.
TeamViewer has strong integration options and more scalability. Also it combines with other softwares quite well as compared to anydesk whether for work or any other task.

I see TeamViewer as a real viable option when it comes to issues related to small issues that does not require long meetings or does not include communication. Considering my scenario wherein if there has been any security issue a ticket describing the issue is opened and the security team enable screen sharing and rectifies the issue.
