Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Previously, it allowed the use of chat with the client. Currently, that function is no longer available, and it's complicated when clients don't receive calls or messages. Re-implementing it would greatly facilitate this aspect.

Anteriormente permitía el poder utilizar el chat con el cliente, actualmente esa función ya no esta disponible y es complicado cuando en ocasiones los clientes no reciben llamadas o mensajes, quizá si lo implementarán nuevamente facilitaría mucho esa parte
We use TeamViewer in our daily work; it's basically our support tool for providing remote support to our clients and solving their problems quickly and easily.
